Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees)

Prices may change without notice

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan

Online payments are available via X Pay, including:

  1. Debit Card
  2. Credit Card
  3. JazzCash
  4. EasyPaisa

  • Step Insoles reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, or verification concerns

Online Payments (X Pay)

All online payments are processed securely through X Pay

Step Insoles does not store or have access to your card or wallet details

Refunds for X Pay transactions are processed through the same payment gateway and may take 25–30 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider

Step Insoles is not responsible for delays caused by banks, wallets, or payment gateways

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Orders are confirmed via phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS

If an order is not confirmed by the customer, it may be canceled

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  1. Incorrect or incomplete contact details
  2. Fake or duplicate orders
  3. Repeated order refusals

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
